Advantages: Funny, Informative, Varied

Disadvantages: Thinner than most glossies

Even though Cosmo has been my long-standing favourite mag, New Woman is catching up fast. I love all the monthly features, with the New Woman test done on a new celeb every month. The film & book etc. reviews are very useful, and the fashion section is very accessible and less pretentious than most other such magazines. The Bloke section offers enlightment on bizzare bloke mentalities and there are even bits that made my boyfriend laugh - for example, he opened the mag today and said: "Look how tiny a gorilla's willy is! I fell sorry for it..." Enough said.
