Advantages: Fun to read, Informative, Enjoyable read, Free gifts

Disadvantages: Not always the best language (I can't talk about bad language - mine's terrible too)

I have been subscribed to this magazine for a long time now. When I subscribed, I was unfortunate. TYou normally get a gift for subscribing which changes each month. They had no more gifts left when I subscribed as it was at the end of the month. Some months they had some great gifts on offer such as the wireless 'Wavebird' Gamecube controller but nowadays I have seen more Nintendo merchandise such as bags, which isn't as great.

However, the magazine itself is informative and enjoyable to read. Each month, there is an original cover, which is designed by a reader! The magazine contains all the latest news, reviews and previews on upcoming and current games on the Nintendo DS, Wii and Game Boy Advance.

There are many pictures in the magazine so it is fun to read for those younger Nintendo fans too. It has useful information all in one place such as release dates. The reviews are very useful as accurate and entertaining firsthand reviews are given on every game - giving you an idea of the good and bad. There is also a page with all the games for each console and their score (percentage) so you can spot the best games from the rest.

The language isn't brilliant but it is great to read and there is quite a bit of humour in there too making it such a great read - which is important for any magazine of this genre. I enjoy reading this every month to fuel my passion for Nintendo (on top of my passion for the Xbox 360). You can buy them in the shops for around £2.99 usually so pick one up and see if you like it. They always come with some kind of free gift, whether it be a small model, stickers, posters or something like a case.
