The Sun: ... Sun is Britain s most popular newspaper based on sales. It is a little known fact that every Transit van in Britain has at least one copy on the dashboard every day. With the Daily Star it is the last of the mass-circulation daily newspapers to still include a Page 3 girl, The Daily Mirror have stopped doing so some years ago. The Sun is also one the most profitable newspapers in Britain which results from its hi...

gingerlicious The Guardian
... Alevel studies, and researching this report really highlighted to me the prowess of The Guardian s contents. Compared to its piers, for example The Times, this newspapers covers stories which are particularly of interest to people interested in Geography and Economics. The articles cover current topics of interest that I rarely see in other broadsheets. The layout, font, and font size of the newspaper are easy on the eye and I do not have trouble reading the articles. The newspaper has all the sections you would expect (sport etc) but I will not review these because I do not read them. The paper is available as both a traditional A3 size, and as a tabloid size. Tabl...

PRINCESSPUSSYCAT The Guardian
... comment and Saturdays just wouldn t be the same without it for me. Awarded National Newspaper of the Year in 2006 by the British Press Awards and joint winner for Worlds best designed newspaper 2006. The papers quality speaks for itself. - When I buy a newspaper I like to be informed, challenged and posed different points of view other than my own. The Guardian delivers all this to me and more. The first outer newspaper which contains the subsequent individual sections de...

Now I am the first to admit that right behind it are the Star and the Sun, another two useless rags. The trouble with the Daily Record is that it tries to be a real newspaper but can t help itself from slipping into the classic red top way of doing things such as the half naked so called celebrities being of more interest than whatever real news stories are going on and the totally biased football pages taking over from any other sports that might be happening. The Daily Sun and the Daily Star at least know what they are and therefore can be forgiven for...
