Daily Mail: ... the paper of choice for my father and, even at five or six years old, apparently, I was as keen to read it as he was. This is the paper that is either loved or hated, especially by politicians. Unlike many other dailies, it does not feel the need to perpetuate the myths that everything is alright with the way our country is being run. It tells the truth and has uncovered many things that governments have tried to...

DavyMichelle News of the World
... a fan of The Sun I expect you d think I d probably like this Newspaper, News of the World. They re closely linked as they re what s known as "sister companies" and they work together usually. There s a different team which do each though because of course no newpaper crew is going to work seven days a week! This is basically a Sunday magazine but in newspaper format. There s usually a pretty sensational headline on the front page, usually something to do with celebrities. In Summary, The Times is an excellent read. Steeped in History, but with a new and modern eclectic mix of modern life and interests it features thorough and thought provoking journalism and comment for a very reasonable price. I cannot guarantee that reading it will catapult you into the Stephen Hawking realms of intellect, but it will definitely give you something to think about. On other Sites...

The Sun has been in print since I can remember and is especially keen on entertainment stories. You can read the really big news bits in it, big political, medical or national news stories but most of the pages are filled with entertainment orientated stories. Things like what Cheryl Cole and Victoria Beckham have been up to and the latest story on the Royal Family ("shock, Princess Za...
