Advantages: How to modify a car

My son has a ford fiesta xr2 and wanted to modify it, but didn't know where to buy the exhaust, spoilers, wheels etc.
Someone told him to buy Revs car magazine as they have information about modifying a car, and all the names and phone numbers of places that sell them, and do next day deliveries, he got what he wanted at a faction of the price of local high street stores.
Now whenever he needs anything at all he just buys Revs magazine.
