PC Gamer is a magazine I have only recently gained real interest in, but I have enjoyed reading it and find it quite useful. One may think that 4.99 is quite expensive for a magazine of this sort, but I tell you, it is well worth its price.

For a PC gamer like myself this magazine is by far the most appropriate. The magazine almost always contains free cd?s with demos, a thing I really like. A demo gives you a perfect idea of what the game will be like and I have bought many games having first tried out the demo, which is the cheaper version!

The magazine contains detailed reviews of games about to be releasd offering accurate ratings of the gameplay, such as graphics and features. There are five main sections to the magazine:

Reviews ? No need to explain that one, I think!
First Look ? giving screenshots of games about to be released and offering concise opinions.
Hardware ? Reviews on hardware and helpful hints on troubleshooting.
Tips ? A proper cheat area with selected games, and a Q&A section with advice and handy hints.
Features ? Quizzes and competitions offering the reader a chance to win a prize.

The magazine is jam-packed with colourful information and at its quite dear price, I think it is well worth it! Money well spent. If you haven?t tried it, do so, it?s a gamers heaven!
