I have been getting this magazine for a couple of years now and found it useful whilst doing an interior design course. There are room settings showing how they would be decorated and furnished according to the period, for example Georgian or Victorian and where to buy the items. It would also be useful if you are renovating a period house as it shows ways of sympathetically repairing and renovating.

They have articles showing different accessories through the ages such as mirrors, period heating or knockers, that's door knockers of course.

The adverts are not too frequent and often useful if you want to purchase an item suitable for a traditional property.

Overall then this magazine is useful, with some months better than others so it pays to be choosy according to your interests.
