Advantages: Lots of content, cheaper than most

Disadvantages: Still doesn't sell everywhere, no demos

For years there have been PS mags charging £5 for a slim magazine filled with adverts and biased reviews. It was a great offer which intrigued me to buy this instead of the official Playstation mag which I usually bought. I noticed it was only £3, had nearly 300 pages and a free 15 slot memory card. I thought the magazine would be full of adverts and crappy reviews, but I actually found the reviews to be in depth, and it had far less adverts filling it than it's competitors.

The only downside is there is never a demo but for £3 you get a lot, there is always over 150 pages, sometimes verging on 300, and this is not just all game reviews. There are some interesting game industry related articles, many funny comments (though just as many not funny, though that is still better than most) and about 20-40 pages of solutions/cheats in every issue.

This magazine is much better value than its competitors, in temr of quantity AND quality.
