My, I don't half choose some thrilling topics for my opinions, don't I? The latest victim, sorry subject, for my expert gaze is the most popular magazine in the country for enthusiasts in the field of classic cars. By classic cars, I mean cars that were manufactured between 1945 and 1980 in the main. 'Practical Classics' is published by Emap publications, and it is a magazine that is, in one startling way, totally different from other periodicals on the subject of this, in my view, enthralling hobby.
