Advantages: very informative

Disadvantages: So informative that the things it informs on might not yet be widely available!

I have been receiving this mag since my eldest was born in 1995, I have three children and am expecting another. It is very informative...maybe too much so in that some of the things it tells you about are not yet widely available (like a mobile epidural for instance.) I like the personal stories because you can always take home something you read from them...and I like the lay out of the whole magazine. It covers abslotutely everything about parenthood (though maybe not very much about non-average circumstance like single parents (I know that's probably average!) fathers at home, extended families and such like. The editor is very accommodating though and will quite often provide a section on a particular topic if you ask. I think that you can nevr have enough information on parenting today even if this mag does repeat itself sometimes, you can pick up a lot from it even 5 years after picking up the first copy!
