Advantages: useful information for the whole of your pregnancy

Disadvantages: a little expensive

I bought this pregnancy and birth magazine when i was expecting my first child and it has all the information you need throughout your pregnancy.
It has the development week by week of your unborn child, so you are aware at what stage you are at.

It also has birth stories of other womens experiences, and gives a guide of what birth you would like to choose, whether it be a active birth, water birth or home birth.

It also has a lot of information on breastfeeding, like the benefits you would get for you and your baby.
As a first time mother you maybe unsure while your pregnant of what foods
you can and cannot eat, and this magazine tells you all you need to know.

It gives you also a rough guide of how much weight you are suppose to gain throughout the whole of your pregnancy, which is very useful.

Only downfall the magazine is a little expensive.

Summary: All in all great read for pregnant women!
