Advantages: so many features
Disadvantages: none
I keep on coming back to this TV guide,it must be the oldest and started out as just a guide to Radio ,when only the rich had a TV set,I didnt have a TV set till I was 12 years old. Radio Times features all the radio channels, and most of the SKY channels for TV. Also the main BBC channels ,BBc 1&2. It has an easy to read layout ,and an amusing or thought provoking front page ,this weeks was a picture of Alan Titchmarsh famous gardener ,advertising his program on Wednesdays on BBC 2 ,he is framed in the middle of two lines of Cauliflowers ,very amusing ,cheers you up doesnt it ? There are also *Letters* at the Beginning of this Magazine where people express opinions about programs ,with letter of the week. There are also several articles that feature popular actors Lenny Henry is one in this weeks copy . I think the printing layout is superb and what makes Radio Times a winner This is 85 pence well spent ,try it for yourself ,you wont be disapionted . I forgot to mention the puzzles page on page 45. this makes this a good mag to read when travelling ,it has a crossword. More Information: A useful page is featured prior to each days programs ,called :*Todays Choices* Firstly showing the two best features, and then comes the section *and the best of the rest* Last night it featured in second section *Lifting the bonnet * a program giving advice to those that would like to buy second -hand cars. Then a program 8pm channel 2, * Diana and the Camera* ,featuring the work of photographer Jayne Fincher ,we all find Diana so interesting dont we? She was so photogenic Jayne took 20,oo pics. Diana got on well with her. So that looks interesting I thought, also this is examining why all the shots convey different things about The late Diana. Another small section shows the best films that were on last night * The Big sleep :classic Film Humprey Bogart6-50 TCM o
ne of the free channels on SkY. Also*Rain Man* Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman :Carlton Cinema. Its much better to plan the evening rather than just wait to see what comes on. to be cont
