When Ride was released several years ago, it was a breath of fresh air in the biking press, its down to earth and fiendishly practical advice and tests stood head and shoulders above the normal mag. Where most bike mags were continually offering brand new bike group tests and advice about how to tune your 180mph bike to do 185, ride took an analytical approach to both new and secondhand bikes, evaluating them in a considered and sensible way so as to be useful to the vast majority of the biking public. Since its introduction Ride has helped raise the standard that new biking products must meet as well as playing a part in the improvement of other lesser big mags, which have had to follow suit. I have bought numerous accesories and bikes based on Ride recommendations and have not been disappointed!!
