Advantages: Great advice especially for beginners, good races info

Disadvantages: A little pricey

Having just recently took up outdoor running, I'm keen to learn more, especially correct form/technique so to avoid injuries as I felt that my back was hurting badly after a run. Bought this magazine simply because there are not many to choose from in the UK and I was pleasantly surprise with how good each article is, many in-depth interviews from top runners on each issue, many improving tips for beginners on how to improve endurance and time. It is very motivating and inspiring to me especially a beginner. The magazine is very well lay out and did not stuff with too many advertising which is hard to find these days. The back session is particularly good for all update events, it even have a review on all last years run and how it rated by participated runners on difficulties, fun factor etc which is very valuble for anyone considering to enter one. I did come across one which I have entered myself for th 1st time in the Bristish London Run in July! Overall, a helpful mag with lots of sound advice.

Summary: A good read with sound advice, update race events and good interviews
