Advantages: Thick mag, lots of variation, and exactly what the tagline promises...!

Disadvantages: I get embarrassed reading it on the train... Also, not all shops agree to stock it.

My friend introduced me to Scarlet about a year ago, and I've never looked back. It's got so much in it for such a reasonable price - reviews, articles concerning all kinds of different things, and - the best feature, in my opinion - the erotic literature magazine that comes with each issue!

A nice little touch about the magazine which I quite enjoy is the question near the front which they ask the editorial team each month - for example, this past month it was "The RDA of alcohol units a woman should consume is two to three - We ask the team how many they had last week". This tiny section can be quite amusing, with answers like "Units: 10. Fags: 70. Bridget Jones moments: one."

There's also advice pages, letters, and some celebrities - but it is FAR from a celebrity mag.

It's a very juicy mag, and a far cry from anything else I've seen out there. A great read, lots of pages, and only £2.95!

Summary: Read it, and you'll understand. Give it a go - you'll be hooked.
