Advantages: Some previews

Disadvantages: Waste of money

This is a magazine that you receive once per month when you have subscribed to Sky. The issue comes "free".

This used to be a good magazine as it had all the Sky tv listings shown for the following month, ie;
Sky 1/ Sky sports / all films, etc. Each page was represented a day of the month and showed all the programmes on each channel. I thought this was an excellent way of identifying analogue Sky.

It had some interviews and reviews of various sports events. Eg, Interviews with sports stars and different celebs. I really liked the reviews of major sports events, eg FA Cup Final, etc.

The magazine has probably changed format due to more people having Sky digital.
Sky digital has listings of all programmes on all channels. I think this is not as easy to follow because you cannot view listings for the following weeks.

Now it is full of features as follows:
News and views.
Not many previews.
Too many interviews with celebrities.
Far too many advertisements for my liking.

I wish Sky would reduce the monthly subscription fee and do away with this magazine.

I agree, Ray. After reading the first couple of issues we received, it now goes straight in the bin as soon as it hits the mat! Sky would do much better by reducing the fee and offer the magazine for sale to those who want it. They would probably save more in the printing costs than they would lose by reducing the subscriptions.

Further expansion on the main features each month would earn you that VU. Keep trying, Steve
