Carve ... have read and own every issue of this British surfing magazine since it was first published in the early 90 s. It is published nine times a year by Orca Publications Ltd. Issues contain readers letters, surf industry news, travel stories, equipment and technique advice, contest reports, surfer profiles and much more. The photography is excellent and as well as the editor (Chris Power), many international photographers shots are printed. The quality of the writing is very good and the magazine seems to have an assortment of writers who write for them. Even though this is a British magazine based in Newquay (Cornwall), Wales, Scotland and Ireland are also given coverage, ... Read the full review: Carve surf magazine by surfchick |

Today's Golfer ... ve only recently decided to get into golf, wanting to take my game from the pitch and putt course to something a bit more serious! Today s Golfer sprang out to me from the magazine rack because the particular issue I first bought came with a club guide - perfect for a starter like me. The magazine is well laid out, with some excellent photography. There is a good mix of golfing news from the tour, tips from professionals, step-by-step guides, gear reviews adn questions from readers, as well as golfing holidays (although this isn t a section that interests me). What I like about Today s Golfer is that it s written in a way that any ability of golfer can get something out... Read the full review: A nice golfing publication by laser1234 |

Match Magazine ... magazine is a UK magazine, based on professional football. The magazine is suitable for young children (about 7-15) and has become popular more and more each year. Inside the magazine it has a lot of enjoyable things like the latest new in the football world, the scores of the fixtures and puzzles, which tell you if you re a football genius or not! The best bit about the magazine has to be the caught on camera section. It shows you what people have seen footballers do! A bit like 3rd eye on Soccer Am but as a picture! In the footballing season, there is a fantasy footy, which match magazine hosts. This is where you make a dream team and you score points throughou...
