I love to buy magazines, and maybe they are a waste of money, especailly since the weeklies I buy are proabably all about the same things, but I like to read them.

Star has been out for the last few years. It comes out every Tuesday and last weeks issues was number 243. It costs 99p, and you do get a lot of reading in it. Last weeks issues had 116 pages in it, and you probably get the same amount of pages per issue.

I would say this magazine is aimed at most ages. I wouldn't say t directly aimed at females, but it probably is. I know my hubby can flick through this for about 30 seconds, then state that he's bored!

So what's in the average issue? Well like most celebrity magazines just now there are more than a few Big Brother stories. I hate Big Brother, but find myself reading about ther stupid stories.

Mouth Almighty - quotes that the stars have made.

There are usually 3 or 4 star interviews, which change every week.

There are also a few full page ads in here as well, more so for Mobile than anything else.

It's a good worthwhile read, as some celeb magazined can cost up to £1.65, so this is cheaper and probably just as well informed.
