Advantages: Great for young teens

Disadvantages: Not so good for older teens

Sugar magazine is a magazine primarily aimed at teeanged girls between the ages of 12 and 16, although by the time you reach 16, the magazine's appeal becomes much less.

This magazine contains some celebrity gossip, problems pages with agony aunts, fashion pages and readers input into what they think about the magazine and it's subjects.

The magazine has a website which continues to talk about the issues raised in the magazine and allows the reader to enter competitions to win a variety of prizes. The opportunity to model in the magazines and write for them is also available from their website by becoming a member.

You actually get two magazines for the price of one because you get a magazine called "Lad Mag" free with the Sugar magazine which contains information about men and dating mainly.

I would recommend this magazine to people who are between 12 and 15 really, although some less mature 16 year olds or more mature 11 year olds may enjoy it as well.

Summary: Great for younger teens!
