Pagan Dawn is the official magazine of the Pagan Federation, the body who have set themselves up as spokespeople for the 'pagan community'. From this one might assume that it represents all pagans and neo-pagans around but this is by no means the case and the problem is largely one of definition and interpretation. The religious tolerance site at http://www.religioustolerance.org/paganism.htm discusses the term pagan and concludes that although it may have several references that most Internet references to Paganism refer to Wiccans and other Neopagans. "Pagan Dawn" is the official publication of the Pagan Federation. It's a quarterly journal, the quality is excellent and the content is both varied and valuable. Pagan Dawn comes out four times a year - Imbolc (winter, early January) Beltane - some time near the first of May, Lugnasad (August, ish) and Samhain (late october) in practise, not quite regular with the Quarters and approximating the festive dates, but I quibble.
