The once free gay newspaper is no more. Well, it still exists, but now you have to pay for it!

You will no longer only find your Pink in your local gay pub or club or youth group but you can now buy it form your local newsagent, either Smiths or just the local shop. This has some great benefits as it means that people who live in rural areas or don't venture to the gay scene can get a copy and find out what's happening in the world surrounding gay issues.

That bad news is that we actually have to pay for it now. It's reduced in size, it actually looks like a copy of the Big Issue, and the price is so expensive at £1.80 or something like that. The main problem I think they will find is that The Gay Times and other publications have the same news in so why should they buy the Pink now?

Hopefully, in time, these issues will be sorted out. Until then, you'll just have to settle for 'Boyz' as your free gay paper.
