Advantages: Cheap to Buy. Good vouchers worth buying the paper. Appeals to both genders.

Disadvantages: Reliability of some of the articles, especially written about celebrities.

The Sun Newspaper is purely for entertainment value and for this reason most of the articles should be taken with a pinch of salt. I have to admit although the reliability of the stories are questionable, I can't help but take interest in them. The more serious stories featuring in the newspaper are usually of most interest.

Personally my favourite section in the Sun is the Agony Aunt section where people reveal their shameful secrets and personal problems. The Agony Aunt has the best job giving the readers who write in a dose of reality.

It has a good sized sports section and for me this is a useful read. I like to read what's written about my beloved football team and see if any of the football players feature in the Sun's ideal team of the week. It has all of the league tables in as well.

I occasionally read the star signs but I remain sceptical.

In the past I have taken advantage of the tokens for cheaper Alton Towers entry and vouchers for free chocolate bars from particular stores. For those two reasons alone I sometimes buy and read The Sun.

The Sun is cheap and you pay for what you get.

Summary: You get what you pay for.
