Advantages: Easy to read with plenty of stories

Disadvantages: Stories arent always accurate

The Sun is a great value paper for just 20p. Although it won't be to everyones taste I doubt there are many people out there who could flick through it without reading any stories.

The front page will generally be an important news story however on some occassions the front page can be devoted to a celebrity of some type. The stories are not as well written as those you would find in the Times or Telegraph but then they are a lot easier to read. The journalists are never likely to win an award for their writing but they make the stories understandable for most people to read.

Most pages tend to have at least 2 stories on them unless it is a big story then that can usually be spread across 2 pages. I tend to find many stories of interest and the paper reports on a lot more than the leading papers will do however many arguments in the paper are based more on opinion rather than fact which drags the paper down a bit.

The sport pages tend to focus mainly on football and horse racing but important stories in most other sports are picked up on so there is something for everyone on these pages.

The paper also has a problem pages section although reading many of these you struggle to figure out what kind of person can get into some of those situations.

The paper also has a page with horoscopes, cartoons and virals although I rarely find the cartoons funny and dont read horoscopes.

There is also a puzzles page with various crosswords and su doku puzzles among other things which although not to challenging are enjoyable to do.

Many people tend to avoid the paper because of its reputation but I always find it to be quite interesting to read and can take upto an hour to read it. If your facing along journey I would always pick up the Sun over other newspapers.
