Who luvs ya baby? (The Sun)
Member Name: bleat
Advantages: Tongue-in-cheek, Funny Disadvantages: ?
I actually like reading the Sun (or 'Scum' as it is affecionately known in our household). I find it a gentle, tongue-in-cheek look at the days news, and at the supposedly important aspects of todays society, Cleavage day being a typical example. I get my serious news from the TV, the Sun allows me the bones of the news, but without the depressing reality of it. What other paper can devote 11 odd pages to the glorification of the Queen Mother (bless er!) and thendebate abolishing the monarchy a few weeks later? Summary: |
