In my stocking last Christmas, I recieved a small envelope in which looked quite intrueging. Inside the envelope was a subscription to one of my favourite magazines "_TOP SANTE_.Top Sante is, in my eyes classed as a "Special Magazine" and so I was pleased to recieve this gift as it meant I wouldn't have to splash out every month. ... Allow me to paint a picture. of where i am at the moment. I am sat at work, In the control room, taking the odd occasional phone call and in my bored moments i am flicking through this months edition of top sante. purchased in a moment of frivolity 2 days ago, and as yet i've not had chance to read it. I'm greeted with the a-typical glossy ... Read the complete review

Top Sante is a monthly health and beauty magazine, published by EMAP Élan, which retails at £2.It is an excellent publication, with just the right balance between articles on health and articles on beauty and personal care. The magazine’s philosophy is that to look and feel beautiful you have to first be fit and healthy. This ... Read the complete review

Never in my wildest nightmares did I ever imagine that one day I would be writing an opinion on what is basically a “girly” magazine. But that day has come and no I have not flipped or had a sex change or anything like that. I was attracted to the magazine for one reason only. A few days ago I read an excellent opinion on Top ... Every Thursday I pop along to WHS for a couple of magazines. Normally I buy Chat and Take a Break and on the odd occasion I buy Top Sante. I do have good intentions of getting myself healthy one day, so buying this magazine always puts me in the mood for a right good workout/diet etc. The September issue cost me £2.00 and with ... Along with Here's Health, Top Sante is, in my opinion, the best news stand health magazine. If you are interested in a really broad range of health and fitness issues this title is a 'must have'. Top Sante is a great read and isn't as sanctimonious as the other health magazines on the market. A lot of health magazines seem to be aimed at young, single, well-off women who spend hours in the gym. Top Sante is aimed at more 'normal' women and there are articles aimed at different age groups. The magazine is divided into sections ... Read the complete review

Yes, top sante is easy to read... in fact, i think it is too easy. I find that all of the articles are quite vague and never go into enough depth. It is all very well serving as an introduction to areas of health and beaty such as different types of holistic health, but i think that maybe they should dedicate more of the magazine to a new ... As a glossy magazine, it’s quite expensive. It does tend to repeat itself, so I would not recommend a 12-month subscription. But it’s good to dip into now and then. It reminds me how much water I should be drinking, that I should really be taking the stairs rather than catching the lift and it does to special issues that, depending ... Read the complete review

Top Sante is lively and easy to read magazine. It achieves this whilst not putting off the older (well over 30) audience too much. It is full of health and fitness articles that look at their subjects with a fresh perspective. It is not all about calorie counted diets and face packs, but looks to give advice in an interest, holistic way, that a ... Read the complete review
