This mag. is essential reading for all football fans, esspecially at the start of the season. The so called 'pros' predict where your beloved team will finish in the season. Usually included is a prediction suppliment, which is supperb reading as it gives the fan a chance to comment on other teams as well as their own. Only negative point is that sometimes seems to focus heavily on the premiership and forgets the Nationwide leagues especially the teams in the second and third. ... Read the complete review

When I occasionly go to buy a football magazine I always seem to buy Total Football. Its the best footy mag out and if you ask me its getting better every month. When I first bought it I thought it was a bit grown up. Although that was 5 years ago and now that I'm older I really enjoy reading it. The articles in it are very action packed are are real to life. Although the magazine is good it is for adults or teenagers. A child would find it hard to read and to concentrate on. The bad thing is the price. At £2.75 its quite expensive but in my opinion its worth it. ... Read the complete review

First things first...it has the cartoon "Billy`s Boots" inside...nuff said really. Other than my little trip back to my childhood, this magazine is packed with interesting articles, covering not just the famous footballers/clubs, but also the lesser known mere mortals. There are reviews of various football related products (Books, Videos and web site etc) and each month there are a good few decent competitions, which can be entered via e-mail to save you a few pence. All this, along with usual articles from famous people (alright, Alan Green for one) football news and views, make this a very good read for any football fans out there. ... Read the complete review

Total Football is the monthly magazine published by Future Publishing. It covers the footballing world with wit, humour and passion and is a cover to cover read each month. It is mainly focussed on the British game however, so be warned world football lovers! There are always big name interviews as well as features on some of the biggest and smallest names around - lower division fans are reasonably well represented here as well as the big boys. The reviews section at the back the magazine is pretty comprehensive as well covering books, videos, games and music as well as supporter fanzines. There's always something to appeal to the football fan ... Read the complete review

Bristol Evening Post
The Evening Post often lends its weight to local causes, has a carefully targeted distribution policy that sees each reader getting the news most relevant to them, whilst still covering the news at a national level, and runs regular supplements.
The paper can be a little over-dramatic, and is apt to go beyond providing the news by suggesting what the reader should think of it too. It also had the carelessness to let Jeremy Smith go wandering off to pastures new – a tragedy!
