Advantages: Loads of guitar music.

Disadvantages: Slightly expensive.

In my opinion this is the best guitar magazine on the shelves at the minute. It's great value as it contains loads of information and comes with a CD of demo's, backing tracks and samples from songs featured in the magazine.

The magazine contains interveiws with well known bands as well as those that are up and coming. It has reviews of all the latest equipment from guitars to amps and from pics to effects boxes. The reveiws are well written by people who really know what they're talking about.

The best feature of the magazine has to be the guitar TAB. It is a very simple way of writing music down that anyone can understand. There are wide variteties of artists featured every week covering many different styles and abilities. There are sections to learn classical, rock, theme songs and many more. Whether your a beginner or at a more advanced level there is something for you.

Previous issues have feature music for songs by radiohead, the manics, blur, reef and many more.

A great magazine, good layout and a great reference for guitar players.
