Advantages: Everything about this magazine is excellent

Disadvantages: To many fashion pages

I have been with Weight watchers for nearly 2 years and buy the magazine every month. Sometimes from my class and sometimes from the shops, Although its cheaper from Weight watcher class's and at a cost of £2.50 In the shops and £1.75 In meetings Its a fair price.

I love reading the stories of people who have managed to get to their goal weight as It inspires me to stay at my goal and maintain my weight. The recipes are also one of my favourites as I get bored very easily of the same food so finding new and refreshing recipes to make every month keeps me on track.

The magazine also features useful tips on exercising, finding local meetings, health tips and the Weight watchers online programme for people who cant make It to actual meeting's.

The one and only thing that I'm not impressed with is how much room of the actual magazine that the fashion pages take up, I do like to read them but feel that there's just a few to many pages taken up with this subject, When there could be more on exercising tips or maybe more recipes. Although It can vary and sometimes there will be less fashion if not none at all and more recipes which is one of my favourite parts of the magazine.

Weight watchers has changed my life, Made me look at things a lot differently and helped me lose nearly 5 stone in not even a year, Its the only diet that worked for me I hope this review has been helpful.

I think very highly of the Weight watchers magazines, scale's and food and rarely have a bad word to say about them so I hope this has been very helpful to you all and thank you for reading this.

Summary: Well worth buying
