Advantages: Good recipes and articles

Disadvantages: Female oriented

A very good magazine for £1.70. It is full of encouraging stories and articles about slimming, along with a few bits of celebrity news, fashion and beauty tips, plus a varying number of competitions and giveaways related to slimming and healthy eating. I have not personally joined a Weight Watchers club but for anyone who is thinking of doing so, there is plenty of relevant information.

There are lots of recipes in the magazine and for me this is the main reason for buying it. Each recipe is awarded "points" in accordance with the Weight Watchers programme and this must be very useful to club members. Personally, as a non-member, this does not mean much to me but I still really enjoy trying out the recipes and at least I know they are healthy and not high in fat or calories.

Overall, a pretty useful and reasonably priced magazine for anyone interested in slimming or improving their health, although like so many similar magazines it is mainly directed at females.

Yes I have to agree with Hope, the magazine is great. The recipes are all easy to actually do and the ingredients not too way out or expensive to buy. Keep up the good work WW!
