Disadvantages: Could be more frequent - but would then probably lose its edge

Having been an avid slimmer since forever, I purchase most of the monthly magazines that will help me lose excess weight.

However, recently I have only been purchasing the Weight Watchers magazine because I do find it most encouraging.

Excellent recipes and tips for cooking nice foods with less calories and fat.

Good tips on fashion, hair & beauty etc etc.

Lots of motivating people, normal people that have managed to lose their excess weight with Weight Watchers over x amount of months. It also includes people that have followed the diet without having to join classes, which is good aswell, for those of us not brave enough to join.

Well worth the £1.70
