Advantages: Inspiring articles, original low calorie recipes

I buy Weight Watchers magazine from my meeting for £1.80 at a reduction of the usual shop price £2.30 ( i think). It is a great inspiration for both members of Weight Watchers and people who are interested in Weight Watchers but who don't subscribe to the scheme.

It is full of great inspirational stories from real people, who were fat for real reasons and who lost it through shear determination. It really is helpful to see and gives you a boost when you need it.

The magazine also contains beauty tips, exercise routines, recipes and new low calorie products. Whilst is does have the occasional man focused article, it isn't really aimed at men. I think that male Weight Watchers probably wouldn't bother to read this.

Personally I find it useful, but I think for the cover price it is a bit expensive and it mainly pushes it's own products. It does give vouchers but 20p off something isn't that great a help.
