Very highly recommended very informative magazine for those wishing to do their own research.

I used this magazine in 2006 when I was looking to re-mortgage and it was absolutely invaluable.
The magazine is broken into sections with all the formal figure stuff at the back and information and reviews at the start.
Each month, the magazine does reviews of new products on offer, reviews of which the best rates on the market are, at the time of print, help and advice guides which cover all different aspects of mortgaging, whether you are a first time buyer, re-mortgager, wanting to buy to let and so on and so forth.
At the back of the magazine, the guides are broken doen into loads and loads of categories featuring the best rates for that type of mortgage i:e; "Best 2 year fixed rate" - "Best capped deals" - "No Pentalty Mortgage deals" etc etc so the guide is very comprehensive.
It is also very easy to read and well set out so even if you are a first time buyer and the whole process seems a bit daunting, this magazine will assist you to get ideas about what will be the best deal and type of mortgage for your particular circumstances.
There is also lots of other articles in there that give advice on house moving tips, financial tips, latest news on most things financial as well as handy guides that you can check off as you go along.
Some people prefer to have a financial advisor to assist them but for those who like to just do their own research - this magazine is perfect.
