Advantages: right up to the minute news - for a monthly
Disadvantages: full of adverts
I can't always get hold of this magazine because of it being US based, but sometimes the local newsagents stock the odd copy. (if anyone's interested, it's distributed by Comag) Compared to the mainstream UK internet magazines, there isn't many similarities with the likes of .net and Internet Magazine - in fact it is far more like Business 2.0 with a few more off-beat cyberculture articles. Often they don't have much to do with the net at all; for example there was one about a "rocket car" a few months ago. That's why I think they are just aiming for a twentysomething ebusiness audience rather than being a simple internet magazine. It could be a complete mess but somehow it works. Most of the magazine is adverts which is a bit of a pain but it also means you get to hear about the latest products quicker than you would otherwise, if you just waited for them to rollout over here.
