I really enjoy reading this magazine. The articles are interesting and informative. As someone who is interested in health and fitness-it is a must read. There are always excellent workouts and I particularly like the daily menu plans. Each issue has reviews of the newest fitness trends and always has great fitness fashion. However there are always relevant articles about mental wellbeing. There are helpful hints about coping with stress, sleep problems and many other issues important to young women. The magazine is well structured, has fresh material and very well written.
Having read Men's Health in the past, when I compare the two I believe Men's Health is a much more substantial and better put together magazine. Although they are obviously aimed at two separate markets I always find myself comparing the two. Women's Health does not have the same amount of free supplement work out programmes and meal plans that seem to be regularly provided with Men's Health. I also feel there could be much more content about careers and the workplace. Sometimes I feel the articles are quite obscure and only interesting to a limited number of readers.
I am aware that Women's Health has not been in the UK marketplace for not that long, but it is constantly improving. I can see a great improvement in the content over the last number of months. I do believe the price is a little expensive, but I still buy every issue when it becomes available!
I feel Women's Health is a must-have magazine for ladies interested in health and wellbeing. It has improved greatly from its first issue, and I hope it continues to do so!
