Look Magazine ... am a fan of weekly magazines, having read Heat for a few years. However, I got tired of their berating of celebrities for having a bit of sauce on their top, and am more interested in fashion than celebrity news so decided a change was perhaps in order. That was around the time that Look launched and so I thought I d give it a go, and I haven t looked back! What makes Look different to other weeklies is that they keep the celeb stuff to a minimum and don t bang on about the latest diet craze and who has lost or put on weight in the last week. Look Magazine ... magazine originally came out in February 2007. It was quite similar to Grazia in the sense that it took more of a fashion stance to a weekly magazine. Look magazine as I said is a weekly magazine that comes out on a Monday. It is a bit different to the normal weekly magazines that you get as it has a bigger focus on fashion. Most weekly magazines seem to focus on celebrities and the latest diets etc and it is the monthly magazines that focus on some more serious stories and fashion. OK! ... woman in me loves the gossip in celebrity magazines and i used to love to read stories about the rich and famous and dream i was like them. My aunty used to buy this magazine religiously and then after a few months, give me all the copys to read when i was a teenager. I used to sit for hours devouring each issue from cover to cover and completely loved reading them. I hadnt read a copy in a while and was in Tesco a few days ago when i found myself in the magazine aisle. I bought the current copy of Ok eager to see if it was still as good as it used to be.
