I first spotted 17 lasting fix nail varnish when I was browsing for a new eyeliner in Boots. There was an offer on the nail varnish that attracted me - a free 17 lasting fix nail varnish with every 17 product bought. As I was buying an eyeliner anyway, this was a great deal for me especially as it turned out that the eyeliner cost less than the nail varnish would have! It was really a great way of promoting a new product from Boots, as normally I wouldn't buy new nail varnishes very often so I wouldn't have been able to discover just how good this product is!

The bottle is just the same as any other nail varnish bottle, a small glass bottle with a lid containing the brush. The front of the bottle tells you the name of the product and the back of the bottle tells you important information such as flammable and how much is in the bottle (8ml.) it tells you on the lid of the bottle that it has a new precision brush and although the brush didn't look any different, my nails had much less smudges on them than normal.

You can get this nail varnish in 13 different colours, there is a really good variety of shades and not just the normal reds and pinks that you get in most nail varnish ranges. I have the chateau shade which is a deep red with hints of pink that looks great on your nails, it also has a sort of shine to it.

The actual nail varnish is also great and really lives up to its name and all the promises. It is best to apply two coats, and wait around 2-3 minutes for each one to dry. After 3 days, my nail varnish has no chips which is so great for me as normally my nail varnish ends up chipped the same day! You normally have to re apply around every 4 days, but this changes.

The normal price when it isn't on offer is £2.73, a price which I find very reasonable especially when you think about the money that you save on nail varnish remover and cotton balls! It is also a very cheap brand - I saw other nail varnishes such as Clinique for over £10!

Overall, I would recommend you buy this nail varnish it is such a good product and for such a good price as well!
