Benefit Her Glossiness ... am not one to spend a lot on makeup. Despite being so cheap, I ve managed to find a lot of big brand products online for a great discount, but never tried anything by Benefit. So I was pleased to find while browsing the magazines in WH Smith before taking off on a long flight that Glamour (£2) were giving away a full size Her Glossiness lip gloss. For free! Her Glossiness usually retails at £13, so I was excited at such a bargain! Collection 2000 Nail Varnish ... found the Collection 2000 Maxiflex in Pure Red exceptional value for money especially compared to the more expensive nail polishes available nowadays. The maxiflex properties really live up their name and the polish stays looking as though it has just been applied, for days. I found the coverage excellent with just two coats and it took about six days before it even started to chip or wear off. The colour retains its lovely high gloss, too, until you are ready to take it off. It also dries very quickly and does not retain any stickiness. It is easy to remove, too. Rimmel Lash Maxxx Mascara ... recently bought this mascara as part of my never-ending hunt for the perfect one - if such a thing is made, of course. I was very disappointed with this one and it didn t have a chance to prove all the claims the manufacturers made for it. There was hardly any product in the tube and it provided no more coverage than the ageing mascara it had replaced in my make-up bag. I didn t like the brush because it is very flimsy and feels as if it could break off in the tube.
