      Brilliant I love them!

With recently moving I have mislaid all my make up! I've actually now worked out that I'm the worlds worst packer as I type this review for you to read surrounded by boxes and stuffed to brimming carrier bags and the likes! I can't find a flipping thing and usually I wouldn't be so bothered but the other day it was my birthday and I was going for a meal with my step father, mother and best mate Liz and I managed to find some clothes out but had been concerned that no make up wouldn't be a good thing!

I bought a few little bits and pieces make up wise, on the cheap and just to see me through really. I spotted these Almay 3 In 1 Color Sticks at my local saver store at a pound each and so I bought a couple of them to try out as I liked the shades they were in!

      The Packaging:

Basically they are chubby pencils with see through pull on/off plastic lids to the top of them and white bases and the colour you opt to buy is the colour of the outer pencil so you can see at a glance the colour you are picking up. In silver writing we are told down one side of it that it is Almay One Coat 3-In-1 Color Stick 'Lips, Cheeks, Eyes' and down the other side of the pencil we are told the colour we have chosen (I'm holding the Mauve shade at the moment), the weight of the pencil is given which is 3.28g and contact details for Almay are given. This is a nice to handle and sturdy product and looks good too and there is plenty of product within the wooden pencil too! Its easy to sharpen with a large pencil sharpener too, just make sure you have or buy one!

      The Pencil:

Well I absolutely adore this pencil and I am so glad that I found them! In fact I'm back off up to Savers later just to see if there are any colours on sale that I didn't pick up as I just think they are stunning quality and so easy to use!

The product itself is slightly creamy and moist and comes off the stick rather thickly so you do need to use a finger or something to slightly blend it in (I always use my finger with this product as its so easy!).

All round this is just fantastic. I use this on my lips, as a lippy and it gives a nice natural colour finish to my lips (well the colours I chose do!) with a nice shine and it feels gently moisturising and comfortable on the lips. I am able to shape my lips with it though this isn't a product really very good at being blotted and reapplied etc as it is slightly creamy but once on and blended with with my my finger or a lip brush I can get a good hour of colour on my lips even with eating, drinking and smoking etc as it kind of settles into my lips!

I also love this product as a slightly shimmery and sheer blusher. Again this does need blending but once on my cheeks stays put all day long and again the colours I chose given me a natural hint of colour. I simply love it as a blusher, it feels light on my skin and doesn't give harsh lines as some powder blushers and bronzers do and I just find it so easy to use and reapply if I want to!

You can of course use this on the eyes too and being pinky shades that I chose I was wary of using it for this but again I have and I love it and now use it for this task daily. Yep you guessed it, it does need blending so its not too thick on the eyelids but again gives a moist looking finish, it brightens the eyes and looks smooth on. I was worried it being a moist product that it may feel heavy on my eyelids and/or crack but it certainly doesn't and stays put really well till I choose to remove it which simply takes my usual make up removing routine at the end of the day.

This feels really kind to my skin, I've had no adverse skin reactions at all and I just think its a wonderful, easy to use product that from now I will always carry around on my person! This is sophisticated skin friendly make-up at its best and I'm so glad now I lost my other make up just to find this as its brill!

Available from Savers and lots of discount stores or Google if interested and expect to pay anything up to £5.00 per pencil.
