I have very pale skin and used to use the bronzing pearls from Avon. However, when I saw the Arabian Glow Shimmer Brick, I thought I would give it a try as it seemed an easier product to apply compared to the bronzing pearls. This product costs £10 on the Avon brochure but could be purchased for less than this if you buy it as part of an offer. It comes in a clear compact and needs to be applied with a brush. You simply swirl the brush in the compact to get the different colours on it. Then apply this to your cheek bones or where ever else you want to get a glowing, bronzed effect. after dropping my avon bronzing pearls all over the floo, i decided to purchase yet another product from avon. i brought this avon arabian glow shimmer birck, as if i drop it (like i usually do) it wont roll all over the floor and i wont have to spend hours looking for each pearl i brought this for about £4, and i love it. it works better than the bronzing pearls and i apply it using the large avon dusting brush to my cheekbones and forehead to give me an arabian glow instead of my usual pale look the packaging of this product is rather plain, but also quite nice. it has a clear lid, so you can see through to what colour the product is. when i ... I love this Arabian Glow Shimmer Brick by Avon! I am usually quite wary about buying most bronzing products, as a lot of them can make you look very fake and trashy, and because of the name 'Arabian Glow' I was pretty worried that it would be an over the top brown/ orange colour, but my friend recommended the product to me, and I decided to give it a go. I'm really glad that I decided to give this product a chance, once applied, it gives a very natural looking tan colour, which blends in really well to your natural skin colour, and which does not give an kind of tide mark types colour block lines on your face. The product I find very easy to apply, as you can ... Read the complete review

I used to love avon make up products as a teenager and found them to be very affordable. Once I reached my 20's I became sn Avon rep and the part I enjoyed most was the demonstration books with the new products, available at reduced prices. I previously used foundation from brands such as estee lauder but starting using a tainted moisturiser. This didn't give me the coverage I was ised to, so thats when I started using ac avon bronzing products.at first I used the bronzing pearls but found them hard to evenly apply.I normally buy this bronzing brick when it is discounted or part of a multi buy. I find it best to apply using Avons large dusting brush, for an even yet ... Read the complete review
