I have very pale skin and used to use the bronzing pearls from Avon. However, when I saw the Arabian Glow Shimmer Brick, I thought I would give it a try as it seemed an easier product to apply compared to the bronzing pearls.

This product costs £10 on the Avon brochure but could be purchased for less than this if you buy it as part of an offer. It comes in a clear compact and needs to be applied with a brush.

You simply swirl the brush in the compact to get the different colours on it. Then apply this to your cheek bones or where ever else you want to get a glowing, bronzed effect.

I prefer this product to blusher as it gives a more natural, coloured look to the face. I had many comments after using this product about how my face looked more colourful. It is much easier to apply than the bronzing pearls as there it is ready to use and there is no need to break any pearls up.

It also lasts quite a while as I use it everyday and bought it a few months ago and it is still going strong.

Summary: Better than bronzing pearls and gives great colour.
