Advantages: Four bold, vibrant shades that really stand out, reasonable price too.

Disadvantages: Probably not well suited to mature persons.

The new Eyeshadow Brights from the Avon Color Trend range are mostly aimed at younger people. They include Purple Pop, Shimmering Silver, Electric Blue and Gold Flash. These eyeshadows cost £3.50 each and really are as bright and bold as the brochure leads us to believe they are.

I personally just dabbed my finger into the Purple Pop version of this product and let my daughter get on with the actual testing as I felt the shades were too bold and glitzy for an older woman like myself.

My daughter absolutely loved the vibrant shades and said that several people had commented on her bold look for the evening. She did note that she had to touch this up half way through her evening, and we both felt that the eyeshadow was slightly on the dry side, but over all this presented good value for money and offered something new and different to existing eyeshadow shades.

This is £3.50 each normally but is available as part of the three for £5 offer in brochure 18 so it is a great time to try it.

Summary: Highly recommended at 3 for £5.
