Advantages: Saves you carrying 2 products; Nice colours; Easy to apply

Disadvantages: Creases a bit

I couldn't believe how much I loved these In A Blink eyeshadows from Avon when my cousin gave me a set of the full range. It's basically a pencil eyeliner at one end and an eyeshadow on the other end and the colours they have used go so nice together that there's no need to carry any other eye product with you on a night out so it'll save a bit of room in your clutch.

The eyeshadow is loose powder and is contained in the lid of the end that has got the spongey eyeshadow applicator on it. The eyeliner is a normal pencil liner which is creamy and easy to get a tidy line above and below my lashes.

To use it you need to use the eyeshadow first by dipping the applicator into the powder and applying as normal. Then complete the look with the eyeliner on the other end. All of the shades act the same when you use them and I think they're brill even though the eyeshadow doesn't last that long and it creases a bit more than my usual Avon eyeshadow.

The shades are:-

ONYX

This is a very smokey pair of colours which are a grey/silver eyeshadow and dark grey eyeliner. The eyeshadow goes on smooth and it's dead easy to apply even though the dark colour worried me a bit at first in case I made a mistake because it would show up too much.

STEEL SMOKE

This is another smokey set but this time they're lighter greys than the Onyx and more suitable for daytime use or for nighttime if you're going somewhere that you don't need very bold make up for.

VIOLET SMOKE

This one is gorgeous, it's a deep purple eyeshadow that is topped with a very smokey black/grey eyeliner. It gives a gorgeous look that can be just as good in the daytime as at night and you can easily swap and change your look just by applying a bit more or less eyeshadow to give you a dramatic or understated finish.

ESPRESSO

I love brown eye make up so this one suits me good. It's a brown eyeshadow and rich chocolate brown eyeliner, they go wicked together and like the Violet Smoke it's easy to build up the eyeshadow to create a very dramatic look that is made stronger by applying the eyeliner thickly.

TEAL

This being a greeney eyeshadow and eyeliner isn't my fave because green doesn't suit my colouring very well. It's a smokey blue/green eyeshadow and mid aqua coloured eyeliner, the colours go brill together and look nice and summery but I don't think they suit me very well because they are a bit bold for my over all look.

These eyeshadows and eyeliners cost £6.50 when they're not on offer and if there's a colour combo there that you usually wear then I reckon it's worth this for the way you don't have to carry 2 different products about with you and anyway £6.50 is cheaper than buying a seperate eyeliner and eyeshadow.
