This nail varnish by Avon can be bought online or from an Avon rep. It cost me around £3 at the time and Ive had it for over a year and use it on and off as part of my collection of colours.

As I have kept it in the dark it hasnt dried up at all, also if you keep the lid tightly fastened this helps.

The polish comes in a lot of colours but I have the pink shiny one that looks glittery but goes on with a nice sheen and very smooth.
The liquid is quite thick but not at all gloopy and spreads evenly onto your nails.

The brush is medium thickness and good quality as it is easy to apply the polish. The bottle is glass and see through and in a rectangle shape. The brush top is black and thick so easy to hold whilst in use.

It takes around ten minutes to dry properly but even after that be careful what you are touching as it is still sensitive to scratches and smudging.

It is easy to remove with polish remover and doesnt stain your nails if you use a base coat underneath.

Try this polish if you dont mind waiting for a while for it to be completely dry. When dry it is very resisitant to chips and can be worn for a week without the need to reapply.
