This is a review of Bare Minerals (also known as Bare Escentuals) Prime Time primer. What is it? It is a clear formula designed to go underneath your make up to make it last a longer amount of time and also achieve a smoother look. I really love the bare escentuals range, particularly this primer. I was originally given a sample of this primer when i bought the bare minerals get started kit. I didnt think that the primer would make much difference but once i started using it i really saw the benefits. The primer is like a clear gel and you only need to use one pump to apply on the whole face. The primer is very light and does not feel heavy on the skin.
