Barry M's dazzle dust eyeshadows are one of my absolute favourite eyeshadows. I currently own 4 shades and paid £4.25 for each pot. If you think this is too much (I actually think it's a good price compared to many other make-up brands), I know that Boots often have a 3 for £10 offer.


One of the first things that attracted me to the eyeshadows some 3 or 4 years ago was the variety of colours which are available. The huge selection means that there really is a shade to suit every complexion!


The majority of the eyeshadows from this range are rather shimmery so if you do like shimmery eyeshadow, you will be sure to love these. Note that I haven't actually come across any matt shadows so if you do prefer matt colours on your eyelids you might not like these.


I usually apply these eyeshadows using a cotton bud. I know this might seem strange but it works for me as each eyeshadow comes in a pot, so it means I can dip the end of the cotton bud inside and collect a little powder on it to apply directly to my eyelid.


I find that these eyeshadows look great if worn lightly (just by applying a small amount of product) or heavily (on a night out for example). And they stay on all day! I usually apply a thin layer of translucent powder on my lids (to de-grease) before applying the eyeshadow and this manages to keep the shadow in place until the end of the day - this doesn't necessarily work for all the eyeshadows that I own.


You'll find that each pot of eyeshadow lasts a long time. My very first pot which I bought (in a gorgeous shade of metallic silver) lasted me over 1 year and I was using it around 3 times a week (heavily). Therefore these are great value eyeshadows that look great too!
