Advantages: Colour , Lasts well

Disadvantages: Easily Spilt, No application included

I've just bought my latest pot of dazzle dust from the Barry M range and I'm about to write on how much I adore these little pots!

WHAT IS BARRY M?

Barry M is a well known cosmetics range. The range is usually found in large Superdrug stores. No Barry M product or ingredient has ever been tested on animals which I like hearing.

The product I'm actually writing on now is a popular one from the range and many people have bought it regardless of the price it is! This product is the, Barry M Dazzle Dust designed for eyes.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT LIKE?

Barry M's dazzle dust for eyes is basically a 'diddy' pot full of loose highly pearlised powder which when applicated with a brush lights and glistens up your eyes! Basically the product is Barry M's replica of eyeshadow. Except this product is really cool and works fantastic, it's much better than any other eyeshadow I've ever bought!

The loose powder is easily applicated with a brush. However no brush is sold with the product, you need to have your own. Now you can use a normal eyeshadow applicator that you may already own or you can use a brush like I do, a small brush which you can easily buy from any Avon magazine.

Barry M has a brilliant website: www.barrym.com

On the site there is a whole page dedicated to these little glitter / dazzle pots. It also says that as well as using these products to highlight your eyes you can also add sparkle to your cheeks by applicating on cheeks too. Personally I have never tried this, but I guess if you have a suitable colour this could work well and look smart.

It also says on the site that you can mix the dazzle sust with clear lip-gloss, again I've never tried this but this does sound interesting to try!

Here are the many shades you can buy the product in,

I own No.38, beige. I've never bought any other shade but I'm quite interested in trying one of the pink shades. Most of the people I know own pink and beige shades. As you can see you have quite a big selection of shades and they all look interesting to try. The NEW shades for Spring/Summer 2002 are numbers 68, 69, 70 and 71.

All of the Barry M range is quite exspensive, but they are really good products with a good reputation, for a pot of dazzle dust you will pay £3.95 but a pot lasts for ages!!!

One of the best things I love about this product is the time the dazzle dust stays on for. I can put on a coat of dust and wear it all day without re-doing it! It does wear off a little but you can still notice the glittery dazzle!

Barry M products are classed quite highly and in magazines you will read that by using this product from Barry M you can look like famous stars, Victoria Beckham is mentioned quite a lot for using the products along with Billie Evans and Melanie B. The only slight disadvantage of using thi
s product is the fact that the loose powder can be easily spilt! You have to be very careful when using and applicating!

As you can see I do love this product, it can be easily applicated, looks really good and lasts for ages. If you like the sound od dazzling eyes for a relatively worth while price, I recommend you check out these little pots from the Barry M range, they are easy to carry around with you and they'll last you a while! You can usually find a large selection from the Barry M range in most Superdrug stores.

Sounds a lot of shades there, must have a look. (Third attempt to write a comment, following the Dooyoo new style - fingers crossed!)

I've just bought some similar stuff through www.saveonemakeup.co.uk and it's excellent, you use such a tiny amount as well!
