I saw this nail polish advertised in a magazine and was immediately intrigued as to: whether it would actually work or not; what it actually looks like; and was the picture on the advertisement exaggerated by photoshop like many advertisements tend to 'slightly' do.
Barry M claim that this nail polish should create a magnetic effect on your nails- and it does just that.
You can choose from a range of colours- yet admittedly i do think the actual colours themselves lack in brightness, they are quite dull.
The amount is average, the bottle itself is just an average square bottle.
The magnet itself is on top of the lid, you can see it without taking the lid off or anything like that.
There is a little raised bit also on top of the lid, which you rest your finger on when you flip the lid round so the magnet is facing your nail- the raised bit helps stop your nail touching the magnet.
You can choose the type of magnetic effect you get, from zig zag, diagonal, straight lines etc etc.
If you just pull up with the lid, you should find that the brush is still in the bottle, it is not connected to the lid, so you then just have to unscrew the brush as you would usually do.
The brush is a good decent size, usually 2 strokes on each nail.
The way it works is you apply one coat, then leave it to dry- it is fast drying, just a few minutes.
You then apply another coat to the first nail, then flip the lid around and hold the magnet over the top for a few seconds, afterwards, you should see your desired magnetic pattern.
Make sure you do each nail at a time- do not let the second coat dry, otherwise it will not work.
It is also worth mentioning that it is actually very good at lasting- mine had not chipped after 5 days.
For £3, this strange but effective product is definitely unique, and definitely works!
