To be completely honest, I only purchased this lip paint because of the fun of it and I planned to give this to my younger sister once i'd played about with it but I actually quite like this product!

AVAILABILITY: You can purchase this lip paint from almost all Boots stores and Superdrug stores, although I do know that Barry M isn't available at smaller stores. It can also be purchased from the Barry M site, E-bay, Amazon and all the usual shopper sites! However on Ebay it is a little more expensive so its worth just popping into a store.

PRICE: The price of this lip paint is £4.25, which I find a very reasonable price for a drugstore brand. Also, if you compare this higher end brands like MAC, you are saving £7.50. On Ebay, the price is £5.50 PLUS £2.15 post and packaging (How a lipstick can cause P+P to be that high I will never know!). Again, on Amazon the price is £4.25 but you have to pay the Amazon standard shipping charge. Barry M also have deals on quite often, such as 3 products for the price of 2 so keep on the look out! The lipstick is deffinately worth the price in my opinion.

PACKAGING: I love all Barry M packaging and this is no different. The lipstick is inside a beautiful black case. It is such a simple case but looks so sleek and elegent! However, it has quite a soft feel to it and it can get incredibly dirty! Mine has make up fingerprints all over it, so you might want to consider using one of those mini lipstick holders inside your bag!

PRODUCT: So, the product is green as i'm sure you have guessed and first impressions for me was that it would be used for fancy dress parties! However, when applied to the lips, the green turns into a pink shade - the shade it ends up depends on the alkaline level of your lips. I applied this over well moisturized lips and watched as it magically turned into a beautiful shade of pink for daytime wear, I then applied more over the top and it created a more heavy consistancy and looked like a lovely colour for the nightime. The lipstick moisuturized my lips well too, after I removed it they felt lovely and soft unlike some of the other Barry M shades (i.e. 101) that leave my lips dry and flakey. The staying power isn't too great as it wore of my lips after about half an hour, but it can be easily topped up during the day.

WARNING: Dont apply this in a public place like the train, I did this and got a few funny stares from the people around me thinking I was about to apply green lipstick ha!

Overall, this is a product work trying as its a very fun product, and if you dislike it it can be passed to younger relatives etc for fun!
