A clumsy brush makes for messy eyes! (Benefit Bad Gal Lash)

Advantages: good coverage, large brush, long lasting, good curl, thick coating

Disadvantages: brush too big to reach roots or smaller lashes, no smell

This is just one of those mascaras that you MUST try before you settle for your life time favourite. I finished my Dior Show and thought it was time to try the legendary mascara from a tried and trusted brand- Benefit of course!

But I will not be stopping at this mascara. There is no smell, which once you've sampled the sweet Dior Show, you really miss! Also a large brush is not always a bonus. It can be clumsy, meaning you can't get so close to your lash roots or your teeny inside-corner lashes- the brush is just not thin enough at the end.

The mascara is good, it coats your lashes well and curls them nicely. But there isn't anything extreme here- it does the job, but you are not flawed. You get the same results from one coat as you may get from a few, from a mascara will a smaller brush, but with the smaller brush you are able to reach all of your lashes and have more control. Sadly I don't think I will be repurchasing this- the brush is just too bulky! Not for the heavy handed or people in a hurry!

Summary: After trying so many mascaras, this has no added benefits and it not so great to use in a hurry!
