I had never tried any Benefit products until a few weeks ago when I found a free sample of this mascara included in Glamour magazine.

I wasn't expecting too much really, thought I might as well give it a go seeing it's a freebie! I was impressed!

The brush is very big and thick, I think this helps for easy application, although you have to be a bit more careful with it as it's easier to get the mascara on your eyelids!

The overall effect of Bad Gal Lash is really nice. It's quite a natural look, it makes my lashes look thicker and longer without leaving them caked and heavy looking. It feels like I'm not wearing any mascara when I use this, Perfect for day time wear! For evening a few extra coats used with an eyelash curler produces a great, longer and more dramatic look.

I would really recommend this mascara. Will definitely be buying the full sized product. Putting out samples was a good bit of marketing by Benefit. I bet it's paid off as I'm now dying to try their other products as I'm sure others will be after trying this!
